2013 AARC International Fellows Receive Recognition and Deliver Reports at ICRC’s Annual Business Meeting
December 20, 2013It is sad to report that David Lu, ICRC Governor-At-Large from Taipei, Taiwan recently passed away after a lengthy illness. For many years Mr. Lu was known for his impressive record of service and support for the Respiratory Care profession in Taiwan and internationally. In 2008 he was honored with the designation of Governor Emeritus for the ICRC. Mr. Lu will be missed by his international colleagues.
