2015 AARC Fellow Assumes Key Role in European University of Lefke Education Program: “Patient Assessment and Clinical Applications in Respiratory Care”

On the recommendation of the Executive Committee, the ICRC unanimously elected two additional Governors to the Council. The Governors pictured above are Chin-Jung Liu, SRRT (left) and Jim Liu, MD (right). Dr. Liu is the Aerogen Regional Manager for Greater China and has supported respiratory therapy meetings throughout the Provinces of China. His office is located in the Chaoyang District, Beijing, China.
Dr. Liu has participated as a consultant in a number of ICRC meetings in the US and in Mainland China; and the Council recognizes his expert knowledge in respiratory therapy. Chin-Jung Liu SRRT has a long record of achievement and support of RT activities in Taiwan and Mainland China. She has served the Taiwan Society for Respiratory Therapy (TSRT) Board of Directors for more than 10 years, and is a frequent participant in the AARC International Congress for Respiratory Care. Of note, she was one of the main team members responsible for the passage of the Respiratory Therapy Act in Taiwan. Chin-Jung is a 2006 AARC International Fellow; and has distinguished herself as a faculty member of the China Medical University IERS Approved BS Degree in Respiratory Therapy. The Council welcomes both these individuals and looks forward to their efforts to enhance the care of respiratory patients around the world.
